What is it?
Ontrack Daily Checklist Reference Media provides the ability to upload an image for a checklist entry as a visual example of what the user is supposed to do or look for.
Where is it?
Reference media can be added to new and existing Daily Checklists from the Checklist Admin Tool. Once media has been added to the checklist it will appear under the corresponding checklist within Daily Checklists.
How does it work?
From within the Checklist Admin Tool, create a new checklist or edit an existing one.
- Click on the More Options Menu (3 dots) for the particular entry you would like to attach media to.
- Select Attach Media.
From the Checklist Tool the reference media can be seen by selecting Show More.
