Merge Duplicate Users

The steps below will guide you on how to merge duplicate users.


  • Go to Users - Select user(s) - Edit User Profile, you may need to have two tabs open side by side for easier process.
  • Verify the correct Match On is in the user you wish to keep. If you don't know what is being used for the Match On please contact the support team to obtain this information. 
  • Verify the Employee ID, and Email match to what's in the datafeed file. If the account to be inactivated has the correct information you may need to change it to something else so you can add it to the activa account.
  • Adjust points and completions from the duplicate user if any of this exists.
  • Change the "Managed By" to datafeed. 
  • Delete or Inactivate the unused user account. 
  • Please note that if you decide to inactive the account and it still contains information that matches the active account it may inactivate the active user when the file is processed.
